ROALS MANAGEMENT GROUP

The role of the Management Group is to manage and continue to develop the program.

The ROALS Management Group will continue to provide efficient and cost-effective locum support via the following management structure:

Management Group Membership:

  • RANZCOG;
  • Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA);
  • Rural Health Workforce Australia (RHWA), represented by NSW Rural Doctors Network (RDN); and
  • Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA)


ROALS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Advisory Committee's role is to advise the Management Group on the implementation and the continued development of the ROALS program by:

  • providing input into the content and direction of the ROALS;
  • representing key stakeholders in the development of the ROALS;
  • ensuring that the ROALS is relevant to the interests of rural health care professionals and the communities they serve; and
  • identifying potential weaknesses and/or opportunities for the ongoing development of the ROALS program.

  • RANZCOG appointed Chair, RANZCOG Obstetrician;
  • RANZCOG appointed Deputy; member RANZCOG GP Obstetric Advisory Committee;
  • RDAA GP Obstetrician
  • National Association of Specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (NASOG)
  • Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) GP Anaesthetist
  • Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) GP Anaesthetist
